Good to Know

When will I get my tracking number? As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number and link. Orders are processed within [X–X] business days.

My tracking isn't updating. It can take 24–72 hours after shipping for tracking to show movement. That's normal. The carrier needs to scan your package first.

My order says delivered, but I don't have it. Check with neighbors, your mailbox and any safe spots around your home. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email us and we'll sort it out.

Can't find your order number? It's in your order confirmation email (subject: "Order #XXXX confirmed"). Check your spam or promotions folder too.
