Orders & Offers

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work? Add 3 items to your cart and the lowest-priced item is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Mix and match any styles and sizes. (Confirm with Dani that the free item is the lowest-priced one, which is how Shopify's Buy X Get Y discount usually works.)

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us as soon as possible at support@broadan.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our 30-day guarantee.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. (Match to your actual Shopify payment settings.)

Is checkout secure? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you carry? Most styles come in L to 5XL. Some styles are available in L to 3XL. Each product page shows the exact sizes available.

How do I know my size? Check our [Size Guide] and the size chart on each product page. Most customers take their usual size. Between sizes? Email us and we'll help.

Are your clothes really made for bigger men? Yes. Every piece is selected for a larger frame, with more room in the chest and shoulders, longer body lengths and fabrics with stretch. And we show everything on real plus-size models.

Shipping

Is shipping free? Yes. Shipping is free on every order.
